Later, Prime Minister Imran Khan wrote an article in the British newspaper The Times detailing his views on tackling climate change.

Does lack of sleep also increase the risk of COVID-19?

Coronavirus

Researchers have found that a good night's sleep reduces the risk of Coronavirus, adding that every extra hour of sleep at night reduces the risk of COVID 19 by 12%.

Experts say that the first effect of sleep deprivation is on your physical energy and mental performance. Lack of sleep will make you feel tired and lethargic all day long. You will not be able to do your job properly, nor will you be able to think of new creative ideas.

Not only this, lack of sleep can also make you grumpy and irritable. People with long-term sleep deprivation suffer from obesity, depression, diabetes, depression and heart disease.

Research published in the medical journal BMJ Nutrition, Prevention and Health on March 22 has revealed that lack of sleep increases the risk of contracting the corona virus.

Recently, it has been said that people who sleep well and are satisfied with their jobs have a significantly lower risk of corona virus.

The experts also included medical staff in the study, who face a lot of corona virus patients and are at risk all the time.

The study involved 2,844 health workers and found that every extra hour of sleep at night reduced the risk of contracting COVID-19 by 12%, but each additional hour of sleep in the afternoon reduced the risk by 6%.

The study also found that people who suffer from work-related fatigue or lack of physical energy are 2.6 times more likely to be diagnosed with COVID-19 than others.

Recent research has identified elements that are not related to hygiene but to stress and dissatisfaction with people who are dissatisfied with proper sleep and employment.

Researchers say that the more you enjoy sleeping at night, the more you will prepare your body to fight any disease.

It should be noted that this is the first study in which lack of sleep has been found to increase the risk of COVID-19.
